Astonaige Medoz(アストナージ・メドッソ) is the Argama's scruffy chief mechanic whose hard-working crew somehow manages to keep the ship's battered mobile suits in good working order. Astonaige and Kamille share a keen interest in mobile suit technology, and the pair collaborate on designing and upgrading the mighty Zeta Gundam.
History
As AEUG's mechanic, he not only did maintenance, but also participated in the planning of Z Gundam. He showed prominence during the war with the Titans and Neo-Zeon and gave advice to Kamille and to Judau. During Char's Counterattack, he boarded the Ra Cailum and became lovers with the pilot, Kayra Su, but she dies in battle with Neo-Zeon and he too dies as he tries to stop Chan from deploying.
