The BMS-005 G-Xiphos (Gサイフォス) is a variant of the WMS-GB5 G-Bouncer from the manga Mobile Suit Gundam AGE: Memories of Sid. It is piloted by Wivik Lambro
Technology & Combat Characteristics
Developed by Madorna Mobile Suit Workshop, the G-Xiphos is a variant of the WMS-GB5 G-Bouncer. Madorna himself is involved in the development of this commander type unit, resulting in a very high performance mobile suit that can rival current-generation Mobile Suits. Like the other MS used by Bisidian, G-xiphos is painted in dark colors to lower detectability and its wrist joint has been modified into an attachment point, allowing it to be easily equipped with a variety of equipment depending on the situation. Overall, G-Xiphos exchanges general purpose utility in favor of enhanced close combat abilities, and is only armed with a High Powered Heat Sword and a unique DODS Rifle called the DODS Buster H.
Armament
- DODS Buster H
- A specialized DODS Rifle used by the G-Xiphos, it serves as the suit's secondary weapon. Unlike the G-Bouncer's DODS Rifle, the DODS Buster H is fixed onto G-Xiphos left arm via an attachment point and is equipped with a hook.
- High Powered Heat Sword
- A high-output Heat Sword with destructive power on par with a beam saber, it serves as the suit's primary weapon. The sword is made from an expensive rare metal and is designed by Mukured Madorna himself.
