The Burstliner is a mobile turret that appears in the original design series MS-X.

Technology & Combat Characteristics

The Burstliner was a massive auxiliary weapons platform developed during the One Year War by the EFF for the express purpose of compensating for the lack of range and firepower of mobile suits at the time. It consists of a large beam cannon mounted on a movable platform. The power output of the beam cannon was on par with that of a Federation battleship. The Burstliner was meant to be operated through the FA-78-1 Gundam Full Armor Type.
