The CAMS-05 Black Mack is a variant of the CAMS-05 Mack Knife first appeared in G-Laboratory Ippei Gyoubu Design Works (Gundam Reconguista MSV).
Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
A stealth operation mobile suit based on the Mack Knife, the Black Mack has two connectors mounted on its back, which can mount two arms, each holding a Catsith shield. Since it was designed to perform assault operations in small units, it was armed with the same type of beam rifle used by the Wuxia, with a commander-use beam bayonet attached underneath, in order to maximize its single-unit firepower. Under the cover of high-density Minovsky particles, it excelled at attacking large targets, such as warships and military installations, with its photon bombs. A mass production version of the Black Mack also exists. Similar to the CAMS-05P Mack Knife Mass Production Type, it featured a monoeye instead of twin eyes.[1]

- The Black Mack is equipped with CAMS-04 Wuxia's Beam Rifle with a beam bayonet attached underneath.[1]
- Shield
- The same type of shield used by the CAMS-02 Catsith. Up to two of these shields can be mounted on the Black Mack's optional back arms.[1]
- Set-up Type Photon Bomb
- Two of these bombs are mounted on the inside of each shield. They can be electromagnetically attached to large targets, such as battleships.[1]

This unit was piloted by Eiji Sakamoto, and due to its high kill count, was feared as the "Wolf of Moon Shadow".[1]
In the manga adaptation of Reconguista in G, Mask piloted a Black Mack during his final appearance. According to Mask, the added shields made up for the Mack Knife's low defensive capability, which he demonstrated by blocking a direct hit from the Megafauna's main cannons.
