Technology & Combat Characteristics
The Shaldoll-G is a customized Mobile Sport (special mobile suit used for racing) piloted by Woolf when he was a professional racer before joining the Federation Forces. The suit is based on CMS-B/67 Shaldoll as implied by its name, and has undergone intense weight reduction modifications, as such it is only a few grams above the minimum weight limit for the competition. Other alterations to the suit include the addition of horizontally-mounted stabilizer wings to the backpack, the removal of most automatic balancer/posture control or other similar devices that would restrict movements, and special modifications to the legs to improve mobility. Like automobile racing, where there are different tires available for use, there are also different types of steering soles that the Shaldoll G (or other Mobile Sports) can be equipped with.
Though Shaldoll G is an unarmed civilian machine, development costs were said to have greatly exceeded that of the military-use Shaldoll Custom. This high cost is borne by the numerous sponsors supporting Woolf's racing team, hence the many corporate logos that decorate the suit's body. The '001' sticker on the Shaldoll-G's forehead indicated that Woolf is the champion for the previous season. Unlike the later mobile suits used by Woolf, the Shaldoll G is painted mainly in silver and this is the reason for the "G" in its name, which stands for "Glitter". It is the media that misidentified the color, giving rise to Woolf's nickname of "White Wolf".
Since the Shaldoll-G is used for MS Races, it has no fixed weaponry.
