The EMS-TC07 Grego is a mobile suit which appears in the manga series Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam: Ghost.

Technology & Combat Characteristics[]

A prototype mobile suit from the Jupiter Republic. It is one of the "Thousand Custom" MS and is the seventh to be approved for development. It is based on the concept of a "capacity integrated machine" that combines the capabilities of the previous Thoucus machines into one. Of its four arms, the two large arms are derived from the left arm of the EMS-TC05 Galahad. Like the Galahad, each of the large arms is also equipped with a powerful I-Field generator. The large arms can also emulate the EMS-TC01 Lalo's Ride Ball by closing the ring-like claws to farm wheels that can rotate at high speeds and propel the mobile suit. The pair of small arms mount beam fangs from the EMS-TC04 Desphys, while the legs feature the Needle VSBRs of the EMS-TC03 Bailarina. The shoulders are equipped with four missiles similar to those used by the EMS-TC06 Banzo. The Grego isn't equipped with EMS-TC02 Phantom Gundam's Phantom Light as Thoucus was unable to reproduce the Minovsky drive. Due to its large number of abilities, it has a complicated maneuvering system, which makes it one of Thoucus' most difficult mobile suits to pilot.

Armaments[]

  • Large Arm
  • Beam Fang
Mounted on the smaller secondary arms. Although the number of beam emitters is reduced to two per arm instead of Desphys' three, they still retain the rotating mechanism and can be used as beam shield.
  • Needle VSBR
Like the original weapons on the Bailarina, a Needle VSBR is mounted in each of the Grego's legs.
  • Micro Missile
Two micro missile launchers are mounted on each shoulder. The ammunition is stored in drums on the side of the large arms' shoulders.

Special Equipment & Features[]

  • I-Field Generator
A barrier that nullifies beam attacks. A I-Field Generator is integrated into each of the large arms.
