Theo Pajitonov (テオ・パジトノフ) is a fictional character from the Developers: Mobile Suit Gundam Before One Year War manga.
Biography[]
A young but skilled member of Zeonic Company, Theo was transferred from the Zeonic head office to oversee the secretive MS prototype production with one of their subcontractors, the Hoshioka industrial factory. While at first attempting to keep a professional, if not authoritative, demeanor with the engineering facility, Theo soon finds himself drawn in to the informal and cozy atmosphere generated by the quirky staff. He is shown to not handle alcohol particularly well, having once stripped after drinking too much at a celebratory party with the Hoshioka employees.
Personality[]
Originally portrayed as one of Zeonic's inoffensive, mild-mannered project supervisors, over his time spent with the Hoshioka engineering factory he is revealed to be a very warm and considerate individual with a strong moral foundation. Repeatedly standing up for the factory workers to his superiors at Zeonic, he endangers his own career with little hesitation in attempting to give Hoshioka's workforce the credit they deserve. Though kindhearted, his undeniably submissive attitude while in company of others, likely a result of working for such a strict company, causes him to be pulled into compromising situations. For some this could be seen as having a weak personality, but for Theo it frequently appears to come from a place of genuine desire to be of assistance where possible with the skills he has.
