The J-SAVIOUR J-Saviour is a mobile suit from the G-Saviour video game.

Technology & Combat Characteristics[]

The J-Saviour is a limited-production mobile suit designed by the Saviour team and the mainstay unit of the Illuminati's elite Lightning Squad. It is the first main production MS in the Saviour series to utilize the double-jointed frame first tested on the G2-Saviour.[1] Like the G-Saviour, the J-Saviour can be outfitted with compatible modules. It is capable of flight within the Earth's atmosphere when equipped with the High-Mobility skirt booster pack unit. Its basic performance is superior to that of the G-Saviour.

Armaments[]

  • Beam Rifle
A powerful rapid-fire beam rifle used for long-range combat.
  • Beam Saber
A single beam saber used for close range combat. The beam saber is emitted from a beam generator mounted to a hardpoint on the left arm. As such it cannot be used at the same time as the beam shield.
  • Beam Shield
A shield that is emitted from a beam generator located on the left arm. It cannot be used at the same time as the beam saber.

Special Equipment & Features[]

  • Hardpoints
An attachment point for weapons, shields, spare ammunition, or optional equipment. Hardpoints can also be used to store carried weapons when a mobile suit needs its manipulators free for other purposes.
  • High-Mobility Mode
An optional loadout for the J-Saviour. This loadout features an additional skirt booster pack unit for atmospheric flight and hovering.

History[]

A unit of J-Saviour High-Mobility Mode rescue Reed Fox after he is nearly killed by Rysis and the CAMS-15 Raven.[2] A standard J-Saviour is later given to the Lightning Squad as a reserve unit.[3]
