Vino Dupre (ヴィーノ · デュプレ) is a character introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny.

Personality and Character

A member of the LHM-BB01 Minerva's tech crew, Vino is a fun loving young boy who wishes to do his part in the PLANT's war effort. Vino is very friendly and loves to joke around. He often hung out with his best friend, Yolan Kent, and the rest of the younger members of the Minerva. He appears to be very fond of Lacus Clyne.

Physical Aspects & Clothing

As an engineer, Vino wears the standard ZAFT engineering outfit. Vino is recognizable by his trademark hairstyle where he has brown hair with a red patch at the front.

History

In October of C.E. 73, Vino was assigned as an enginner to ZAFT's newest battleship, the LHM-BB01 Minerva, along with his best friend Yolan. Throughout the Second Alliance-PLANT War, Vino did his part in helping repair the Minerva's damaged mobile suits.

Vino continued to serve abord the Minerva up until the Battle of Messiah, where the ship was damaged and crashed on the Moon. Afterwards, Minerva's Captain, Talia Gladys, ordered the crew to abandon ship, and Vino, along with rest of the crew, was forced into being a spectator to the battle's climax.

Meyrin Hawke

Vino and Meryin were friends, and hung out together on the Minerva during thier off hours.
