Technology & Combat Characteristics
This bizarre mobile fighter represents the space colony of Neo Portugal. Despite its whimsical appearance, the Jester Gundam is surprisingly effective in combat, especially since pilot Romario Monini can use his clown's gift for mimicry to duplicate his opponents' fighting techniques. The mobile fighter itself can change into a compact top-shaped form which floats in mid-air; in this Top Mode, the spinning Jester Gundam can produce distracting illusions to confuse its opponents.

History
Neo Portugal's Jester Gundam was piloted by the clown, Romario Monini. He possessed the ability to imitate the moves made by any opponent, no matter the complexity. The Jester Gundam itself was lightly built to be extremely agile and acrobatic. It was armed with two machine cannons in the chest, as well as standard head vulcans. Other armaments included beam strings and balloon bits. The four hoops around the Jester Gundam's waist could be used to capture an opponent, and the Jester Gundam itself could also transform into a spinning top for its ultimate attack. Romario used his copying ability to successfully defeat George de Sand's GF13-009NF Gundam Rose in the Finals, but he was ultimately defeated by Chibodee Crocket's GF13-006NA Gundam Maxter. Romario would later return to cause trouble for Domon Kasshu, and he was later killed in the Battle Royale by DG cell infested Marcelot Cronos' GF13-002NGR Zeus Gundam.
