Kathy Po is the daughter of Sally Po and a member of the Preventers. She is a central character of the novel New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Frozen Teardrop and the first few chapters of novel are told primarily from her point of view as she views the past histories of After Colony and Mars Century.

Personality and traits

Kathy appears to be a younger woman with blonde hair styled into princess curls that go down the sides of her head, just like her mother. She does not seem to have a deep knowledge of the events surrounding the original Operation Meteor, Eve Wars, and the Gundam pilots. She at first appears to be put off by the attitudes of the older pilots; however, she seems to greatly respect her commander, Master Chang.

History

Kathy's mother, Sally, has been missing for some time by MC-0022 Next Winter. At this time, Kathy is given orders from her superior officer, Master Chang, to fetch secret files from ESUN President Dorothy Catalonia and participate in Operation Mythos. Kathy makes use of virtual reality glasses to view these files, which are memories of the late OZ leader Treize Khushrenada and the Gundam pilot Heero Yuy, the latter of which she soon meets when he is also defrosted for the operation.
