Maius Military Industries is a company based at the Maius PLANTs. It manufactures military products (such as mobile suits) for ZAFT.

Before the events of Gundam SEED, Maius Military Industries invented and began mass producing the ZGMF-1017 GINN for the ZAFT forces, granting the PLANTs a significant advantage in the war.
