  • I could use your help at this point, this site has a lot of obscure mech data has been missing for quite some time, it would be great if you decipher the text better than I can. Google Translate can only help, but so much.

    http://sunzedan8to24.com//『機動戦士ガンダム』の「かなりマイナーなms」を/

He has other parts for obscure mechs like Part 1/2/3/4/5 etc.

    Thanks.

    • I look at Garma's Gelgoog. It mentioned the unit was featured in Wonder Swan Color's "Mobile Suit Gundam Gihren's Greed Special: The Conqueror of Blue Planet" (2003) , but it also cross-referenced mahq.net's Gihren's Greed mecha page:

      http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/gihrensgreed/

which is the original Saga Saturn's Gihren's Greed released in 1998, and it did not feature Garma's Gelgoog back then. So, without actually played "Gihren's Greed: Blue Conqueror" or actually actual pictures from game guide or screen shot, I am quite sceptical whether such information should be featured in Gundam Wiki, without  any connection to official sources.

      Cheers!

  • Remember to add the episode number in the upload summary or include the name of the episode as a category. It makes uploading the HD remastered version easier.

    • Hi FortressMaximus,

I took your advice and for most of the Z / ZZ MS screenshots uploads, I've included the name of the corresponding episodes as a category. Hopefully this will make the upladoing of HD remastered version a bit more easier.

For those taken from Z Gundam movie compilations, I use the movie titles instead because they were reanimated specidically for the movie.

Please let me know if this is okay.

  • So far I haven't found an English version online, so I'll take your word for it on the assumption you're ten times better at reading Japanese than I could ever be.

Thus, the fact that a certain book or anime has not seen an English release, it's because none of the companies doing business in the English-speaking/reading markets felt like doing it (presumably because they don't expect enough profit to be worth the investment, or there are other titles with better profit-margin for them to spend their time and resources on).  Sunrise mostly just produces the original anime, it's not really involved in directly doing business in foreign countries.  Sunrise also isn't responsible for the side materials or the video games.

Okay. I think we've got off topic long enough. I just wanted to tell Elfreet that more wiki users like him who can understand Japanese better than me, should be more well-equipped in adding information that I can't really understand.
