Ming (ミン, Ming^?) is a fictional character in Mobile Suit Gundam 00. Ming is a Human Reform League mobile suit pilot with the rank of 1st Lieutenant. He serves as deputy commander of Sergei Smirnov's mobile suit team.

Personality & Character

A man of firm resolve, Ming has faith that Soma Peries is key to defeating the Gundams.

Skills & Abilities

Ming is a professional soldier who is trained and fully capable of piloting HRL mobile suits. As a soldier it can be assumed that he has been trained in the use of firearms, hand-to-hand combat, and basic battle tactics.

History

He takes part in the operation to capture the Gundams, but during their retreat after failing to capture the Virtue, he chooses to remain behind to deal with Hallelujah and the Kyrios so that Soma and Sergei can escape. He swore to Hallelujah that one day, Celestial Being would pay for disrupting the national order. However, the sadistic supersoldier had little concern for that and uses Kyrios' plasma blade to pierce Ming's Tieren, driving terrible pain into Ming before his machine exploded.

Human Reform League

Main article: Human Reform League A First Lieutenant in the Human Reform League and a member of the Chobu unit.

Sergei Smirnov: Ming serves as deputy commander of Sergei Smirnov's mobile suit team, assisting Sergei during fleet battles. He sacrificed his life in order to protect Sergei Smirnov and Soma Peries because he consider them important for the future.

Soma Peries: Soma Peries is a member of the Chobu Unit that Ming is part of. He sacrificed his life in order to protect Soma Peries and Sergei Smirnov because he consider them important for the future. Ming has faith that Soma Peries is key to defeating the Gundams
