Ruido Resonance (ルイード・レゾナンス) is in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00P, one of the four Gundam Meisters employed by Celestial Being in the time period in which 00P is set. He's a Meister to GNY-001 Gundam Astraea at Krung Thep.

History
Ruido was a mechanic and a mentor to Chall Acustica during her inception as Meister. During his time at Krung Thep, he developed a romantic relationship with Marlene Vlady that led to the birth of their daughter, Feldt Grace.
Death
During a mission with Chall/Plutone and Marlene/Abul Hool, Plutone's GN Drive malfunctioned and caused a massive GN particle build up. Concerned for Chall's safety, both Ruido and Marlene attempted to catch up with Plutone's damaged core fighter when the GN Drive released highly concentrated GN particles right at their direction. The highly concentrated GN particles overwhelmed their bodies and killed both Marlene and Ruido in the process; Ruido is survived by his daughter, Feldt, but she never knew the nature of her parent's deaths.
