Translation

Most of the translations I've seen give Neue Ziel as something to the effect of "New Dream" or "New Goal." However when I asked a friend who is fluent in both English and German, she said, "New Target." I asked for clarification, miming shooting a rifle, suggesting dream or goal as alternatives.
