Looking around, I notice that a Japanese Gundam Wiki, a Japanese Gundam Age Wiki, and Nico Nico Pedia claim that Genoace is actually a Mobile Security. In other words, it's more of a police than a soldier. This actually make some sense, and make me notice that its armaments might be reference to Ingram from Patlabor (a handgun and a stick in shield).
